The Burton 10k run has been an annual event for the town for the past few years and this year, a team of runners from Commercial property agents and Chartered Surveyors; Richton Hickman are taking up the challenge for charity and hoping to raise money for YMCA Burton.
The course is renowned for being hilly and takes in the views from Burton-on-Trent with the last 400 meters being run at the athletics track at Shobnall Sport centre and will take place on Sunday, August 11th.
Jade Martin, Stephanie O’Leary and Taylor Millington from Rushton Hickman are fundraising for YMCA Burton after feeling inspired by the work the organisation does.
Jade Martin, Associate Director, shared, “By supporting YMCA Burton, we are investing in the future of our community, ensuring that all people have access to the tools and support they need.
