New committee members have been appointed for Burton and District Chamber of Commerce at their latest AGM and includes YMCA Burton’s Fundraising and Partnerships Manager Paula Senior.
Richard Brooks – Head of Burton & District Chamber of Commerce said: “We are very excited to welcome Paula Senior as the newest member of our executive committee at the Burton Chamber of Commerce. Paula brings a wealth of community experience and knowledge from her work at Burton YMCA and we believe she will be an important voice for our local businesses. We are thrilled to have such a talented and dedicated individual joining our board and we look forward to working together to continue to promote the growth and success of Burton businesses.”
Paula said: “The Chamber and its members have always been great supporters of our Charity and it is an honour to represent the Charity sector on the executive committee. I look forward to attending their events, meeting members, sharing ideas and working with the board over the next two years. It’s a really exciting time.”
Other committee members include; Chris Else – Owner Else Solicitors LLP, Nik Hardy – Managing Director- Hardy Signs, Richard Wileman- Select Car Leasing, John Beaty – principal of Burton and South Derbyshire College, Richard Faulkner – Director of Alexander accountancy, Russel Jeans – Chief Executive and principal recruiter of Sefton & Associates limited, Thomas Deery – Enterprise Manager of East Staffordshire Borough Council, Andy Johnson – Director of HMP Dovegate, Rob Page – founder of Rob Page consulting and Rohit Parmar-Mistry, Director of Perfect Visual Ltd. Shaub Gray – European Managing Director was re-elected as President for a further two year term.

Their members give their time in supporting the community including Charities like the YMCA. I am thrilled that Paula Senior (Fundraising & Partnerships Manager) has been elected on to the Chamber Board. Paula is a real community champion, and her skills and expertise will be a real strength to the Governance structure and wider Chamber members. I wish her every success in this voluntary role”
